Paleo Chocolate Cake

This indulgent and truly decadent Dark Chocolate fridge cake will leave you wanting to run around and club a few mammoths!

I found this recipe on an awesome Dark Chocolate website; a girl with a passion for reviewing Dark Chocolate. Worth a read if you love the Dark stuff.

Paleo has been ‘on trend’ for a few years. Paleo ultimately means following the diet of our prehistoric ancestors; long before refined sugars, microwave meals and doughy bread graced our supermarkets.

You can eat anything we could hunt or gather. SO – meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds……and Dark Chocolate in its purest form!

Dark Chocolate of 85% and above is considered suitable for people following Paleo diet, so who am I to complain.

The fact the chocolate is not heated twice in this recipe is a good thing, the flavours should stay perfectly in tact!

Bonus!

This cake is dairy free, vegan and gluten free!
